Current or recent full-time work as a writer who simplifies technical/complex subject matter, preferably benefits and HR programs;

Believe in your heart that writing is your life’s calling; and

Have a robust portfolio of your professional work.
We also welcome hearing from HR practitioners who have a writing portfolio and a primal urge to write as their full-time career.
